The authors are requested to submit only those papers whose contents have not been published or presented in any other way. The papers need to contain original scientific, expert or applied results of the authors themselves. The results included should in no way violate the rights of other authors or organizations. Although all papers will be reviewed, the authors themselves are responsible for the publishing rights, originality and quality of their papers.
Papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word format, maximum 6 pages of A4 paper size (210 mm x 297 mm). Left and right margin should be 19 mm, and top and bottom margin 20 mm. The paper should be set in two columns with 5 mm column separation. The font to be used is Times New Roman 10pt.
For the sake of uniformity of the papers published, the authors are kindly requested to follow the instructions below when indicating references and footnotes:
1.References should be listed at the end of the paper, before the authors’ biographies.
2.Place the actual footnote at the bottom of the column in which it is cited.
3.Both references and footnotes should follow these rules:
·Name (or initial) and Surname of the author, followed by the title, publisher or magazine, place and year and relevant pages (p. or pp.)
·Italics and quotation and double quotation mark are to be used as indicated in the examples below.

-Author’s title, name and surname
-Education: type of degree, field, institution, city, country, year.

The magazine will also publish a number of survey papers, with the accent on new trends in telecommunications. All other previous instructions regarding the form of the paper apply to survey papers as well.
